We are located 1.5 miles east of Exit 32 off of Interstate 93 in Lincoln, New Hampshire, on the scenic Kancamagus highway. Easy interstate highway access from all Northeast metro area's.
$125 per night for Weekends of May 9-11, May 30-June 1 and June 6-8 With 2 night minimum. Extra Nights discounted.
Summer Vacation Week of July 5-12 is available. $900 for full week
August 23-27 is available $550 for 4 night Stay. $650 for 5 nights

This immaculate 2 level home features an open concept living room and dining room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, King size bed, Queen bed, 2 bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa, Sleeps 8 comfortably. 2.5 baths, Cable TV, DVD Player, wireless internet, BBQ Grill, outdoor deck. The house is fully furnished and complete with all linens and towels.
The resort includes Access to Clubhouse with beautiful Indoor / Outdoor Pool - Hot Tub, men’s and women’s locker-rooms, Game Room and Tennis Courts (seasonal) are located on premises. Hike along the east branch of the pemigewasset river and swim in local swimming holes which are located within walking distance.
