Responsible for increasing effectiveness of our Salesforce.com implementation through identification of requirements, design of new process, and implementation in the Force.com platform.  Will work closely with the executives, managers and supervisors of Sleep HealthCenters to implement continued improvements to the Force.com software, which is the primary workflow engine for the organization.<br>
Responsibilities:<br>
•	Analyze user requirements and issues and provide the best fit solution by writing technical specifications while maintaining the integrity of existing applications.  <br>
•	Assist with upgrades, new implementations, and integration with existing systems.  <br>
•	Understand end to end business processes and liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes.  <br>
•	Maintain detailed project plans, manage quality assurance and testing processes.  <br>
•	Translate and map business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions.<br>
•	Facilitate meetings working within a technical and functional team environment to gather requirements, prioritize objectives, brainstorm alternative solutions and drive decision making<br>
<br>
Qualifications:<br>
•	BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field<br>
•	5+ years experience with Salesforce.com in an Administrator or Business Analyst capacity<br>
•	Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies<br>
•	Team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  <br>
•	Ability to meet deadlines <br>
•	Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies<br>
•	Demonstrated ability to work well independently and effectively in a team environment as well. <br>
•	Critical judgment necessary<br>
•	Ability to present information clearly<br>
•	Creative and proactive problem solving and conflict resolution<br>
•	Salesforce.com Certification; Force.com developer certification<br>
<br>
This position is located in Bedford, Ma.  Travel to other facilities in Massachusetts is required.<br>
