Tech Support Engineer - $45k
A stable and rapidly growing technology company located in Billerica is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team and make an impact immediately. This person will be responsible for everything relating to client support in a call center environment. Duties will include but not be limited to resolving client issues through trouble shooting, managing the online help desk, researching of issues regarding clients, engaging in training sessions and following up and following through with past problems. Essential skills needed are strong knowledge of computer networking, relationship management, problem solving and very clear and professional phone etiquette. A bachelors degree is preferred but not required along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center/help desk setting. The hours for the position are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
