The apartment (3 stories high) is located in the second floor , 66 Florence Street, Worcester, MA. Very close to Clark campus: about 1 min to Carlson Hall(the building of GSOM), 3 minutes to the library, and the gym. It is safe and clean, with one living room, one bright kitchen, a bathroom and 3 other bedrooms which 3 other Chinese students live in. Private parking space. Pictures are attached.

The rent is $275 for every bedroom including water. You need to share with your 3 roommates for all the other utilities (heating, Internet, cable, electronic, toilet paper...). Internet (wireless) and cable is around $20 per person. Heating depends on the season, which will be less in summer and more in winter, average $30 per person per month.

The furniture in the bedroom for rent is included. Other furniture in the apartment�s living room, kitchen (pans, chopsticks, bowls and plates etc. are not included) and bathroom are shared.

Good day!

I am searching for a new roommate for a room that will become available in January in our large Ashland home.

The house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, directly across the street from a convergence of trailheads in the town forest. It is central to a number of local shops and restaurants, including a fantastic breakfast place just down the road. Route 9 and the Mass Turnpike are decently close, and a commuter rail station is just around the forest.

The room being advertised is not terribly large, but it comes with a fairly big closet and lots of space to utilize around the house, which includes three living rooms, two full kitchens, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower, and a huge deck overlooking a big back yard. Laundry facilities, cable, internet, phone, and all other utilities are included in the $475 rent, plus there's room in the house for a bit of furniture, even a home gym or office.

Our home is diverse and gay/cat-friendly, consisting of professionals in a range of fields. In general, we're looking for someone who is kind at heart, respectful, considerate, and cordial, who has a sense of humor, and who can share in keeping a clean communal space. In the past, we've really enjoyed our roommates and have become good friends with most of them. Having an occasional beer or making dinner once in a while is great. (But shoveling the snow off the driveway with us once in a while will earn you glory ;o)
