elements Therapeutic Massage in Woburn, Massachusetts is in search of an articulate, responsible, well put together individual to be the face of our reception area. You must be personable and capable of multi-tasking. Some of your responsibilities will include answering phones, booking appointments and basic upkeep around the studio. DAILY/WEEKLY TASKS

• Arrive on Time
• Be in Uniform (neat and ironed)
• Follow the Daily Checklist
• Greeting, checking in and checking out clients
• Answering phones, booking appointments and monitoring & handling the cash draw
• Cleaning & Monitoring that the studio clean, stocked with supplies and clutter free at all times – this includes the front desk, front entrance & waiting area, hallways, bathrooms,break room, hand washing room & massage rooms
• Monitoring daily staffing needs in advance and taking action to have optimal staff coverage for high volume times
• Promoting & Upgrading Business – offering massage upgrades, rebooking, selling memberships & packages
• Be able to ask questions to develop accurate perception and understanding of others needs and opinions
• Be sensitive to and aware of personality differences and conflicts
• Be able to modify your own behavioral style to respond to the needs of others while maintaining one’s own objectivity and sense of dignity
