Our growing manufacturing company is looking for a person to enter data into QuickBooks and Excel, in addition to customer service related tasks. This would include answering phones, assisting customers, preparing marketing materials, filing, faxing, copying, etc.
You must have a strong computer skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office - knowledge of QuickBooks a plus. Attention to detail, good phone etiquette and ability to multi-task a must.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 1-5 PM. This position is available immediately, please send a cover letter, resume and pay history.
