The Clinical Program Director oversees the clinical, financial and administrative operations of a clinically complex program model, designed to meet the needs of a unique and specialized population using evidence based practices. Use rehabilitation values, principles and techniques, including skills training to help program clients overcome barriers to living independently. Ensure program meets high quality standards and provides value to CBFS clients and a public mental health care system. Provide leadership and consultation to clients and staff on completing functional and strengths-based assessments and implementing Individual Action Plans (IAP). Supervise all program staff, ensure billing and utilization management standards, contract specifications and program regulations are adhered to as required. Liaison with multidisciplinary Collaborative Action for Recovery (CAR) team as needed. Provide on call coverage.
Schedule: Monday-Friay 10am-6pm
Master's degree preferred, education may be substituted for by direct experience. Licensure in the state of Massachusetts preferred. Three years post Master's level independent licensure preferred. Experience working with people with psychiatric disability, co-occuring disorders preferred. Valid driver's license required. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients. Preference given to bi-lingual/bi-cultural applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.
