Oversee the operation and staffing of a cooperative housing setting wherein CBFS clients have chosen to live with others and/or await individual housing opportunities. Uses and helps staff use rehabiliation values, principles and techniques, including skills training to help program clients overcome barriers to living independently. Ensure program meets high quality standards and provide value to CBFS clients. Provide leadership and consultation to clients and staff on implementing Individual Action Plans (IAP). Supervise all program staff. Ensure billing and utilization management standards, contract specifications and program regulations are adhered to as required. Liaison with multi-disciplinary Collaborative Action for Recovery (CAR) team as needed. Provide on call coverage.
Schedule options: M-F 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Human Services, Psychology or related preferred. A minimum of three years experience in progressively responsible human services functions required. Experience working with people with psychiatric disability, co-occuring disorders required. Valid Massachusetts driver's license required. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients. Preference given to bi-lingual/bi-cultural applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.
