The HRA is a series of questions that is used to assess your health, stress, and other issues. The test is taken completely online, and the results are encrypted for your privacy. You will take the HRA and then answer some questions about the process and the experience. You will be given the evaluation questions ahead of time so you can think about them as you take the HRA. You must have a printer to print out the evaluation questions or be willing to write them on a separate sheet of paper so you can refer to them during your taking of the online assesment.
After completing the assessment and answering the evaluation questions (which may also include some follow up questions over email), participants will be paid $15 via a money order. The entire process should take about 1 hour.

Delivery Drivers & Management Needed!! (Westford, Tewksbury & Acton)

Domino's Pizza is currently looking for Delivery Drivers for both full and part-time positions. We are conducting the hiring process for our three locations - Acton, MA, Westford, MA, and coming soon - Tewksbury, MA. Therefore, all applicants should apply at our Westford location (527 Groton Rd., Westford, MA 01886). We are also looking for potential assistant manager and general manager applicants, though this ad is specifically for drivers. If you are interested in a management position, please make note of that on your application. All managers are required to work at least one driving shift per week during their training period.

Delivery Driver for Domino's Pizza ---------------------------------
If you need a job that is low-impact but which still offers great pay, then this is the job for you! Though no specifics can be offered at this time, drivers earn a base-pay, tips and mileage - the tips and mileage go home with you every night!!! Between the three, drivers average approximately $12-$15/hour, sometimes climbing as high as $30/hr depending on the day's business. And all employees receive a 50% employee discount on 95% of our products! No experience is necessary, but we do require that all Delivery Driver candidates:

1) Are 18 years old or older
2) Have a valid Massachusetts license and maintain a CLEAN driving record with no major accidents, speeding tickets or other traffic violations for the past two years
3) Have their own vehicle which is clean and in good repair
4) Are able to be on time for every shift
5) Are clean-cut and maintain proper grooming standards
6) Are ready to work and stay focused on their jobs

AND most importantly...

7) Must be friendly, respectful and extremely polite to both your fellow employees as well as to our customers. We will not tolerate poor attitudes, especially when it comes to our interaction with the public and specifically, our customers! Domino's Pizza has strict guidelines on attitude, appearance and courtesy standards to which we absolutely adhere.

We are currently hiring for all shifts but do have a specific need for daytime drivers (generally 10:45am-4pm) and some weekday and weekend closers (4 or 5pm-Midnight). All employees are required (under company policy) to work Friday rush (4-9pm) and most drivers are also scheduled for Saturday rush as well. So if working on the weekends is not possible for you, please do not bother applying. The ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule, are eager to learn all of the job functions at Domino's Pizza, and who are looking for a long-term commitment to a great and rewarding job. Advancement opportunities (management and franchise options) do exist and are encouraged for motivated individuals.

We ask that any interested parties come in and fill out an application in person. We are located at 527 Groton Rd. (Rt. 40) in Westford, MA - just seconds from exit 33 off of Rt. 3. Feel free to also call ahead of time with any questions you may have, though specifics about pay rate and scheduling will not be discussed until the formal interview. You can reach us at 978-589-9988 and ask for either Nick or Steve. We are open Sunday-Thursday 11am-11pm, Friday and Saturday 11am-12am.

Thank you and we look forward to discussing your employment with us!
