Long ago I made a very sturdy and large garden cart out out aluuminum structual angles and two 20 inch by 2 1/2 ball bearing wheels (there are also two 8 inch wheels in the front). The bed is 5 by 2 1/5 feet. Height is your choice because the walls are wood that simply bolt on. It is definitlely heavy duty.
On the down side, the plywood has rotted and needs to be replaced. However, comes with a free sheet of plywood, so, if you are able to cut wood, drill holes and paint, here is a great deal.

Also, I have a 28 foot extension ladder (this means two 14 foot sections). It is a bit dirty, but otherwise in great shape. I hope that at $65 it will go quickly.

And I have about 400 pounds of barbell weights or plates, the standard iron ones with one inch holes. They are about half York plates and half generic, flat ones, and range from 1 1/4 to 25 pounds each. My brother-in-law repainted them a while ago, so they look new. I'd like to sell them for 50 cents a pound, less than half price. Also have some bars, collars, etc. If it is more convenient for you, I can bring them to Ipswich.

Kubota L225DT tractor with front end loader, Woods RM59 mower, York rake (not York brand) and counterweight. I bought this to do some landscaping and clean up my yard. I have completed what I set out to do and now it is your turn. This is a 3 cylinder diesel tractor. I believe it is 24 horsepower but anyway it is extremely powerful. I have only owned it a few months at best and consider it in general better than when I bought it. All fluids/filter changed, new pitman arm, some welding done. There is a slight leak in the oil pan that can easily be fixed. The original gasket had no RTV on the top side but I replaced with a custom cork gasket that I made. In short I should have used the one that was there originally. I still have it but just never did repeated the work. If I have time prior to sale I will fix it but this should be an easy repair as the pan comes right out without any grief. The leak is not that bad and should only take about a 20-30 minutes to drop the pan, clean the pan and top edge with alcohol and put the original gasket back except this time with RTV on both sides.

This tractor has a 3 point hitch with PTO (Power Take Off) Hi/Lo. It has 2 speeds reverse and 8 speeds forward total (Lo R,1,2,3,4 and Hi R,1,2,3,4). Other levers and things for differential etc. but I have no idea what to use them for and when to. Everything appears to work fine at least with what I used it for. I have complete manuals for the machine This is not a newer model with power steering but it is a real work horse of a machine and starts every time without fail. The motor is in great shape and the price is right. Bucket hydraulics will easily lift the nose of the tractor off the ground and it will move a full bucket of gravel no problem. 4X4. You are welcome to come here, try it, put it through the paces etc. but sold as is where is. You will also need to move it as I have absolutely no way to transport. I simply called a flat bed tow truck when I bought it and that is how I moved it here. I am told that the rear tires are fairly new (obvious from the tread) and �loaded� for extra weight. The tread is very aggressive and definitely not turf tires. I don't know what you would call the tread on the rear tires but they are more for farming or what you see on a larger machine with bucket and backhoe. The front tires are much smaller and more the size of a car tire. The tread on the front tires are more like a turf tire but they are snow studded with tubes. I have literally owned this for about 3 months and bought it just to do some landscaping and yard work around here. From here on the real landscapers will take over to do the fine tuning but you can easily see what I did with this machine and again are welcome to confirm that everything works ok before you buy it. I have no in depth knowledge about these machines and just bought it to save a few bucks on landscapers.

First $5,500 CASH takes everything, the tractor w/front end loader, Woods RM59 mower with new belt, York rake (not York brand) and counterweight!!!! I almost forgot. I have a full set of chains for rear tires and similar snow setup for front tires so you can use it for plowing your lot in the winter. I bought it off of a gentleman in NH who had this garaged. I have kept it covered most of the time that I have had it here except for a about a week when it rained recently off and on. I left the key in the on position so I will need to charge the battery or can jump start it if you come by sooner than later.
