Requirements
Must have familiarity with building construction and building systems commissioning. Experience with interior renovations, restoration and mechanical/electrical systems a plus.
Must be familiar with building codes, interpreting plans, and specifications.
Must be experienced in construction monitoring tasks including interpreting building and architectural drawings, submittal process management, project schedules and the resolution of change issues during construction
Ability to maintain accurate files and records is a necessity. Will be required to prepare necessary project status reports.

Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in construction management field
Architectural or Engineering BS degree minimum requirement
Practical construction management experience in the office and field preferred
Strong communication skills in dealing with architects, engineers, and contractors
Excellent computer skills required including MS Word and Excel. Expedition, Microsoft Projects and Suretrak a plus.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
1-3 years experience using and/or supporting a 3D CAD/CAE system
Experience with Camtasia and/or other video creation tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
