Chelmsford based general contractor is seeking an experienced Site Work Project Manager\Superintendent to join our team. Emanouil Brothers Inc. has a philosophy of continually striving to exceed our customers expectations.
Emanouil offers an array of services including; site development, excavation, commercial landscape construction, landscape installation, irrigation, landscape management and snow & ice control. Our markets include the entire New England Area.
The ideal candidate must possess knowledge in all types of commercial and residential conceptual site work (including cut\fill, underground utilities, and sewer & water work). This position requires an individual that fosters a level of professionalism that includes; excellent leadership skills, self motivated with the ability to work independently, excellent oral, inter-personal, communication and multi-tasking skills required.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in commercial\residential site work construction and project management. Other requirements include:
10+ years of direct Project Management \ Superintendent experience, in site work, excavation, or heavy construction
Field layout and supervisory experience required
Ability to read blueprints
Knowledge of budgets, scheduling, crew organization and subcontractor coordination
Knowledge of construction and current industry practices
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Overview of Duties:
Responsible for overall project management with an emphasis on favorable cost results and job safety
Work with purchasing department to secure required materials
Work with estimating and accounting to understand data, scheduling, and job costing
Work with other Project Managers in a team atmosphere
This is a field position; expect to get your hands dirty
Heavy equipment experiences and licenses a must
