Description
Simucad is seeking an experienced Applications Engineers to provide demonstrations, execute customer benchmarks, visit customers, and install Simucad software, communicate with developers, sales personnel, customers and other application engineers.
Must have experience with front and backend tools.
Requirements:
* Be familiar with the complete EDA design flow from schematic and simulation to layout and extraction
* Experianced with front and backend PDK use or design
* Design experience with schematic capture tools and spice simulation of analog, RF, and mixed signal circuits
* Experiance with Layout, DRC/LVS and parasitic extraction tools
* Experience with Cadence, Mentor, Synopsis or other layout tools a plus
* Full chip design cycle experience preferred
* Windows, Linux, or Solaris experience
* BSEE 3+ or MSEE 2+ years experience
* Must have strong communication skills and be able to explain complex problems and solutions in a simple manner
