Yoga for Relaxation, Stress Reduction, and now enhancing your game

Experience for yourself what "they" are all saying about yoga and stress-reduction. There are now two classes each week. The Monday class is very gentle for all levels. The new Wednesday class is half a step more energetic. It's focus is on using yoga and meditation for enhancing other disciplines (such as sports).

The Monday night 6:30pm class continues in a gentle style for all levels

The Monday night class is a gentle style for everybody.
If you are concerned about health issues, or flexibility issues feel free to call or email. If you have a normal amount of stiffness, this class is a good place to build your flexibility. If your shoulders feel tight, this is a good place to learn how to let go of tension.
Relaxation Yoga for all levels happens every Monday night from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. The April semester starts on April 7th.

And now, there is a new addition to the schedule

Wednesday nights at 6:30pm Relaxation Yoga for Cross Training

This is a class in yoga, meditation, and breath techniques. You can bring the focus you build in this class to anything else that is your "Game." Golf, karate, running, swimming, biking, parenting, knitting... any discipline that benefits from concentration and deep breathing.
This is not a vigorous class, in the yoga world it would be considered moderate to gentle. The emphasis is on building skills, not necessarily getting a workout.
Relaxation Yoga for Cross Training happens every Wednesday night from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. The April semester starts on April 9th.

The cost is $12 to drop in for one class. Or you have the option of paying $40 up front for four weeks of one class each week. It costs $80 to attend both classes each week.
Bring gym clothes and a bottle of water. A yoga mat is necessary for the Wednesday class. For the Monday class, you can just bring a beach towel if you don't have a mat.

Directions: (Driving NORTH on Route 93 away from Boston)
From route 93 take exit 32. It brings you to a rotary. Do not go around the rotary at all, simply get off immediately to your right. Following the signs for Rte 60 EAST towards Malden. The studio is about 2 blocks down on the right. The build is shared with "Designs by Gino" Tailor Shop. So just look for Gino's sign. You can park in the tailor shop parking lot or on the street.
