Come rest and relax in our cozy 1790 Colonial Bed and Breakfast in Rockport, MA, on the tip of Cape Ann - just 1 hour North of Boston by car or Train.
Our SPRING MID-WEEK SPECIAL is for 2 people for $199 (+ tax) for 2 nights lodging, along with daily breakfasts (included within the rate). It is valid from Monday through Thursday nights from May 1st through June 19th on all of our top rooms (except our family suite and apartment). Our rooms typically rent up to $170/night at this time of year - a significant discount for you to explore Cape Ann and to see what we have to offer. All rooms offer private baths, C/C tv, antiques & quilts, and we are a NON-SMOKING, and NON-PET Inn.
We are a small B&B INN, recognized for stressing hospitable, comfortable and affordable year-round lodging, along with our renowed all home-baked (FROM SCRATCH) buffet breakfast. We are located within the village of Rockport, about 1 block from the village center and 3 blocks from the train station to Boston.
We have been the current owners/operators since 1991, while the Inn has been in operation for over 60 years.
