As a Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer you will assist in the definition, delivery, administration and support of Windows services and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Microsoft technology with a strong background in architecture and operations. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange along with third-party products like Citrix, Symantec etc.<br>
<br>
Primary Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
•	Develop and manage the Beacon Windows Systems and Active Directory environment in support of the infrastructure operation<br>
•	Develop data center and network system designs <br>
•	Develop virtualization solutions for infrastructure, desktop and remote client strategies<br>
•	Management and administration of the operations infrastructure on a 24x7x365 basis<br>
•	Troubleshoot system and network interoperability issues as required<br>
•	Drive system and network capacity planning and deployment in a rapidly expanding environment<br>
•	Create and maintain procedural and architectural documentation<br>
•	Evaluate and recommend upgrades, patches, application and equipment<br>
•	Participate in systems architecture design and implementation<br>
•	Manage develop requirements, project proposals and deployment projects<br>
•	Other duties as required and/or assigned<br>
•	Some travel may be required during major remote site rework and/or implementation<br>
•	Conduct periodic audits of all physical, logical and security layer aspects of the data and voice network.<br>
<br>
Essential Qualifications:<br>
•	Must have excellent work experience supporting Microsoft operating environments including Windows 2003/2008 standard and advanced server; Clustering of Microsoft Windows Servers and Applications, Active Directory infrastructure including LDAP access, Group Policy; Exchange Server.<br>
•	Expert level knowledge of Active Directory 2003/08 and its related systems and components: security, DNS, replication, etc <br>
•	Exchange Server 2003/07; knowledge of Exchange 2010 and Exchange Online is preferred <br>
•	Virtualization experience with enterprise technologies such as VMWare ESX/ESXi, VI3/4, Lab Manager, VDI/View required<br>
•	Technical Project Management experience including resourcing, reporting and risk analysis<br>
•	Prior experience designing systems for high availability and disaster recovery<br>
•	Excellent team player; highly organized and ability to work independently.<br>
•	Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.<br>
•	Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.<br>
•	Must be available for off-hour support and escalations<br>
•	Automation and scripting (PERL, WMI, VBS, etc) knowledge and experience preferred.<br>
•	Documentation skills. <br>
•	Ability to participate in 24/7 duties basis as and when needed <br>
•	Strong troubleshooting skills: OS, network, and security related<br>

<br>
Experience/Education:<br>
•	BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field, or equivalent technical experience. <br>
•	Minimum of 10 years experience designing and maintaining a data center and Microsoft networking environments. <br>
•	Minimum 10 years of experience managing Microsoft infrastructure<br>
•	Current MCSE / MCITP strongly preferred<br>

Establish policy configurations and perform restores for customers and develop an understanding of how customer applications interact with VaultLogix's services. In addition, the Sales Engineer will escalate customer issues to Second Level Support, follow up on after hours trouble tickets, help define and document all procedures and processes, provide email and phone support to the VaultLogix customer base and work with other departments to resolve customer’s issues. <br>

Daily Responsibilities:<br>
•Support the sales team’s effort to close new business <br>
•Develop and maintain a core competency on VaultLogix’s product line and technologies <br>
•Install and follow up on demo accounts for prospects <br>
•Ability to multi-task. <br>
•Explain product and services. <br>
•Evaluate client concerns and resolve problems to the client’s satisfaction.<br>
•Research and resolve multi-platform O/S related issues. <br>
•Troubleshoot technical issues. <br>
•Prioritize and organize daily follow-ups to ensure timely resolution. <br>
•Respond to and track all client requests in a timely and effective manner. <br>
•Perform weekly reports in a timely manner. <br>
•Review backup sets for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers on a daily basis. <br>
•Complete scheduled installations and provide on-demand assistance to wholesale partners<br>
•Follow up with customers after the completion of an installation to verify that the service is<br>
functioning properly and service level expectations have been met.<br>

Must possess strong written/verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential, as are decision-making skills. Also, be self-motivated; work independently but most importantly, function as a team player to work effectively with others when needed. <br>

Requirements: <br>
BA/BS or equivalent a minimum of 2-year work experience. <br>
Must possess a general knowledge of W2K3/2K8 server, Windows XP and PC hardware/software installation and configuration.  Experience using MS SQL, MS Exchange, TCP/IP Networking UNIX, Novell NetWare, and LINUX a plus. Experience should be within a technically related field and any experience in service industries such, as Telecom, Storage, IT consulting, etc are a plus.  <br>
Must have previous sales experience.  Experience with eVault and LiveVault is a must. Experience with Asigra also a plus.<br>

<description><![CDATA[IT Analyst will be trained to answer basic technical support questions via our helpdesk support line , Processing  IT requests and following up with customers will be a daily task as well. <br>
You will be dealing with our clients, so patience and customer service skills are a MUST. <br>
Other light office duties may apply, and you may end up wearing a few different “hats,” so we need you to be enthusiastic, intelligent, and professional and have the ability to multi-task. <br>
<br>
Duties: <br>
• Provide excellent customer service to phone calls and/or emails <br>
• Field trouble tickets <br>
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network <br>
• Install new software on users computers <br>
• Authoring documentation material <br>

Requirements: <br>
• Excellent communication skills <br>
• Basic technical knowledge <br>
• Must be excited about IT, willing to learn<br>
<br>
Hours are 9 to 5, overtime maybe available. Serious inquiries only. Pay based on experience.<br>
