We are currently looking for a Help Desk Level I candidate to join a growing IT team at a healthcare organization in the Boston area.
This position provides telephone and email troubleshooting and support for software and hardware. 70% of the support is via the telephone while 30% will be via email correspondence. This position includes a high volume of inbound telephone calls. Experience working in a customer support center or high volume help desk position is preferred.
Required skills: strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, a strong problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently.
At least 1 year of help desk/technical troubleshooting experience is required.
