Rapidly growing regional company is seeking qualified, full time, IT Support professionals to join our teams that deliver field technical support to medical and dental business customers in Eastern MA and Seacoast of NH. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Installing, configuring and troubleshooting local-area and wide-area computer networks and associated dental/medical imaging and practice management technology for our Clients.
* Installing and integrating LAN/WAN hardware/software and dental/medical specific technology that may include: practice management software, x-ray and video imaging technology, electronic claims and billing, network and internet security hardware/software, printers, scanners and microscopes.
* Provide Clients with remote and onsite technical support, including troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common LAN/WAN hardware/software and dental/medical specific technology problems.
Experience wit Medical Market Technologies is a plus, but not required.
Required education/experience:
* Associates Degree in computer science or 5 years experience in related field.
* Microsoft workstation and server technology certification and/or relevant technical training and education.
* Minimum 5 years experience in help desk, systems support or corporate information technology or technology troubleshooting environments
* Must have use of a personally owned, insured and maintained automobile for regional travel, with related expenses reimbursed according to company policy
