Wireless Analytics LLC is a rapidly growing provider of wireless telecom expense management services for mid- to large-sized companies. Our services dramatically reduce mobile communication costs and significantly improve support to wireless users within our client’s companies.
Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a customer-centric individual to join our team. At Wireless Analytics, we pride ourselves on attracting the best and brightest employees that the telecommunication industry has to offer.
We are currently seeking Help Desk Representatives to join our team. The successful candidate will receive and act upon customer wireless inquiries submitted by phone or email. You will manage the life-cycle of each inquiry you receive and act as a liaison between our clients and their approved wireless carriers until the appropriate resolution is obtained. All inquiries are tracked through our internal Help Desk application. Additional duties will include spreadsheet analysis and administrative support.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Background in wireless telecom preferred (knowledge of Sprint a big plus)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Interest in, and knowledge of, wireless phones, gadgets, high tech and electronics a plus
- Experience in a call-center environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new things and grow your skills
- Sense of humor is mandatory
