Hi, I am offering a one bedroom top floor of my two family home. It's technically it's own family. It's right near the beachway in Swampscott, MA. Ten minutes from commuter rail., thirty from Boston. The place has a few issues - dishwasher is weak so requires firm hand washing, washer doesn't work all the way but must be started twice, electrical outlets work great but for four in kitchen. All these things are being fixed in early January and I'm looking for short term rent per week I was thinking- until then - and then long term rent.
