The "potentially 1 month free " in the ad means that while you pay Aug & Sept. [$1170 + $1170 = $2340], you get my security deposit at the end of the lease. If the whole thing comes back, you pay $2340 for the 2 months rent, but get up to $1170 security deposit back, that is like getting one of the months free or paying only $1170 for the 2 months.
There is a Leasing Application Form to fill out with the apartment management company, which allows them to do a background check. They check employment, a previous landlord, and possibly credit check. I can send you the link to their website which has this form. Then you would sign their "sub-let lease."

The first floor of the house is wonderfully sunny (during any season) with pine flooring; an open concept living, dining and kitchen area; one bedroom (queen-size bed); and a full bathroom. A French door and pine staircase lead down to the cozy, finished basement where the second bedroom (2 twin beds) and third sleeping area (full-size bed with closet in private alcove) are located.
It is only an hour north of Boston and centrally located to all that Rockport has to offer. The house is also close to other towns on Cape Ann like historic Gloucester, Ipswich, Essex, Salem and Manchester by the Sea.

It is also within 5 minutes to take out food, resterants, gas stations, grocery store, pharmacy and movie rentals. The town of rowley is off route 95 around exit 54. it borders towns like newburyport, ipswich, Topsfield & boxford.
