The award winning Beverly Athletic Club is seeking a dynamic, goal oriented, result producing person to promote new membership sales, corporate sales and oversee its newly opened 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility located at the Cummings Center. This corporate center features a 1200 square foot functional training area utilizing TRX, Kettlebells, agility and sports specific equipment. The main floor has all new equipment and will soon be offering 24 hour key card access.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills, maturity and a demonstrated record of achievement. An outstanding customer service orientation is a must, as is the desire to work in a team environment. Prior experience in sales, club management, or personal training is a plus, but more importantly is the candidates leadership and problem solving abilities. You must be responsible, love the industry and want to work!
Responsibilities will include
* Prospecting local companies to get them involved in the BAC Wellness Program
Handling membership sales inquiries
Promoting retention, value, continuing education and professional follow-up
Monitor performance, tracking and accountability of all sales
* Greeting members and ensuring they have a great experience in the club.
Providing information to prospective members regarding club facilities, programs and memberships
Manage the lead generation activities, referral programs, guerilla marketing, health fairs, strategic partnering, sales contests and sales inventory
Building and maintaining of a strong referral business within the club
Participates in guerilla marketing and lead generation activities both through internal and external efforts
* Managing a team of desk/sales staff
Participate in the overall safety, comfort and cleanliness of facility
Maintain highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all club rules, policies and regulations
CPR, First aid, and AED certification are required for all staff.
