Job Requirements<br>
•	Bachelor's Degree in business or related field a must.<br>
•	MBA and other industrial certifications a plus.<br>

•	Experience with Oracle – MUST!<br>

What You Will Do:<br>
<br>
The Senior Account Manager</b> position will be responsible for leading the Account Management function for NaviSite's SMB Hosting business unit.  This individual will be responsible for managing the account management team, and will be expected to play a hands-on role in managing certain key named accounts as well.<br>
<br>
He/she will be accountable for an install base of over 800 customers and tasked with creating a consistent customer experience.  The key measures of success will include revenue growth of the install base, customer satisfaction, and churn/retention.  In this role, this individual will be expected to shape the overall account management strategy and game plan for the SMB Hosting customers, and ensure its consistent execution across the wider team.  In addition to being an advocate for the customer issues and manifesting NaviSite’s Always There value proposition for its SMB customers, he/she will be responsible for leading and managing a cross-geographic team across India and US.  This individual will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, to drive cross-functional ideas and change, including the definition and implementation of new processes to ensure higher levels of efficiency and a better overall customer experience.<br>
<br>
The Senior Account Manager must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to manage multiple pre and post-sale projects in a fast-paced environment.  This person must have demonstrated ability to act and learn on his/her own initiative and can execute objectives without day-to-day supervision.  Variable Compensation will be determined by: Install Base Revenue Growth, Churn, and Customer Satisfaction.<br>
<br>
This position combines both leadership and hands-on responsibilities, and will report directly to the Senior Vice President responsible for the Business Unit.  This individual will be supported by a small team of 8-10 individuals initially, with the expectation that this will grow as the business grows.  <br>
<br>
Responsibilities and Expectations Include:<br>
<br>
•	Lead the account management function for SMB Hosting and shape the associated strategy and blueprint for the function<br>
•	Lead and manage a small team of account managers, ensure execution against the defined vision and blue print for the function<br>
•	Provide single point of client escalation for the SMB Hosting group.<br>
•	Assess sales opportunities, develop and present creative proposals that will ensure closing the sale.  Anticipate client concerns and roadblocks, to overcome obstacles that may delay customer decision. <br>
•	Maintain skills and ability, and understand the process for obtaining contracts across a variety of service offerings, add-on requests, contract renewals, and additional business opportunities per defined procedures.<br>
•	Responsible for account planning, including identifying and documenting clients’ organizational structure, IT initiatives and maintaining this info ongoing<br>
•	Escalate problems per defined processes to: ensure timely response and resolution to client issues and promote management awareness. <br>
•	Maintain expertise in technology in order to meet and address all client business needs.<br>
•	Maintain customer satisfaction focus in all activities and overall responsibility for relationship retention.<br>
•	Proactively drive efforts to improve the client’s experience with NaviSite’s solution (recommended upgrades, configuration changes, etc.)<br>
•	Develop and maintain positive client relations with business contacts to facilitate sales process.<br>
•	Lead periodic Client facing account reviews, including NaviSite’s operational and executive team, based upon nature and complexity of account and predefined templates and procedures.<br>

Duties and Responsibilities:

•	Create and manage an ever increasing call schedule that develops prospects and new cliental. Expands relationships while increasing sales with new and existing clients. Creates and manages a cold call log with a heavy appointment schedule.

•	Develop and manage a client portfolio that includes any and all intricacies associated with a client. To include preferred communication style, type of staff preferred, region and trades utilized, etc…To enhance the clients experience and manage all aspects of the relationship from a service perspective. 
<br>
•	Work within the Branch team to ensure total customer satisfaction. Maintain clear and positive lines of communication so the Branch team can respond to customer needs and apply that information towards recruitment and training, while completely understanding the exact needs of all customers. 
<br>
•	Attend all company functions, meetings, implement all corporate initiatives and take on additional duties as assigned.
<br>
Successful Candidates Skills and Characteristics: 
<br>
•	Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 
<br>
•	3+ year’s recent outside and/or business-to-business sales experience. 
<br>
•	Experience building sales territories as opposed to inheriting established territories. 
<br>
•	Construction industry knowledge and/or experience preferred. 
<br>
•	Understanding of basic consultative sales process. 
<br>
•	Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. 
<br>
•	Highest commitment to customer service, development and satisfaction. 
<br>
•	Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
<br>
•	Self-motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

A bachelor's degree or associate's degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.) and/or 3 to five years experience in the Direct Marketing industry are desirable. Competent computer skills are expected, including Microsoft Office Suite and a conceptual understanding of marketing database applications.

This process leads to a detailed analysis of needs, identification of business problems and the development of appropriate solutions and financial justification to achieve the business objectives. Primary Responsibilities<br>

•	Work with the sales team, mainly District Sales Managers,  to provide expert services for pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, Proof Of Concepts, Cost Benefits Analyses, etc.<br>
•	Respond to Invitation To Tenders, RFPs and RFIs.<br>
•	Create Solution Description documents that provide a clear description of an opportunity, including the prospect’s business description, goals for the project, products being proposed, and more.<br>
•	Conduct on-site business focused consulting to review the existing operational processes of a prospect or customer to recommend an optimal process that utilizes the pertinent products of the ServiceOptimization Suite.<br>

•	Training of partners and internal sales consultants regarding the use and demonstration of the ServiceOptimization Suite of products.<br>

Required Skills/Experience <br>

•	B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent - Preferable. MBA – Advantage. <br>

•	2 years of hands-on experience with the implementation/pre-sales of enterprise commercial business applications<br>

Sales Representative is tasked with coordinating sales efforts, managing new and prospective clients and closing business for our service-based software consulting firm.<br>
<br>
*     Provide pre- and post-sales support to our software technicians<br>
*     Helps identify and follow through on potential sales opportunities and product enhancement requests including but not limited to: <br>
     -     Follow up on manufacturer leads, web site leads, existing client referrals and internal marketing campaigns <br>
     -     On and off-site demonstrations of our products and services. <br>
*     Provides reporting and updates of sales activities to management on a predetermined basis using our in-house CRM package <br>
<br>
Experience in sales and marketing of software and/or Professional Services is a plus!<br>
<br>
Benefits: <br>

This is a commission-only independent contractor position, hours and telecommuting are negotiable for the right candidate. <br>
<br>
Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses related to HawkerSystems travel will be reimbursed. <br>
<br>
Training in our product and service offerings including internal processes will be provided.<br>
