Entry-Level IT Help Desk Technician:
We are looking for a part-time Entry-level IT Help Desk Technician at our Woburn, MA, client location. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office a plus. If you have great customer service skills, initiative, a strong work ethic, and desire to learn more about computers and networks in a corporate environment, we would love to hear from you. Most of the customer interaction is face-to-face so strong people skills are a must. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about the IT field and will grow with the company. Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service to phone calls and/or emails
• Field trouble tickets
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network
• Install new software on users computers
