We are a strong rhythm section and have been in a successful original band playing New England and Europe as well as in other cover bands. We are very experienced playing music and working with other musicians. We also have excellent stage precence. Once the band is complete we are determined to take this band as far as possible. We live for music as music lives for us. We're thinking of expanding our group to include a few other members. We're open to any instrument, but we're really thinking along the lines of oboe, bassoon, cello, double bass, guitar...something different from the typical chamber ensemble. We are experienced at custom arrangements and orchestrations, so we don't need to worry about finding stock arrangements to play.

We'd love to start by getting together and playing, to see how it goes, what the balance and tone color are like, and decide from there exactly what we want to do. Sunday at noon in Revere. There is no
rehearsal space fee as the practice area is free.

The guitarist/drummer MUST own their own equipment.
However, there is a drum kit in the rehearsal space that the
drummer can use for REHEARSALS ONLY.

The only age requirement for the guitarist/drummer is
that they are 21+

The guitarist/drummer MUST understand that the music in
this band is structured material. It is not a jam band. They
must LEARN THE SONGS before showing up. They may contribute
parts to new songs but the old songs will not be changed.

Existing songs can be found at http://www.myspace.com/marchofsound and these songs
will be used as the tryout material.
