This window was ordered from JB Sash and Door a couple of years ago, but it ended up being the wrong size. Top of the line Marvin Ultimate Double Hung window. This particular window unit alone was $1700 since it was a custom size, but it ended up not being the right measurements. Anway, I don't have any installation materials. Just the window. The Rough Opening meaurements are 49" H x 53 1/2" W. Simulated Divided Lite. These are very energy efficient windows. They are part of the Ultimate Double Hung Series from Marvin. Its probably best if you can come and take a look at the unit, or send your carpenter.
