You'll need to be diversified in what you are able to perform. Must be driven.  Must be bright. Quick learner. Ability to imerse yourself in our team effort to grow the overall business. Willing to take part of your pay in performance pay. You'll have a minimum of 4 year degree all the way to MBA. However college degrees are not the only thing I look for.<br>
