Carpenter needed to build bookcase-unit for our home. Unit will be 12 ft wide, to be composed of 4 identical 36-inch-wide separate sections, each with an enclosed base unit and open-shelving upper unit. Floor to ceiling 94 inches tall. Actual ceiling height varies from 94 ¾” to 95 ¼”—Will have to use molding at top to make up for unevenness of ceiling height. Base units will be 18 inches deep and 30 inches tall, preferably with flat-panel or raised-panel cabinet doors. Top units 12 inches deep and 64 inches tall, open shelving backed with beadboard. All shelves in upper and lower units to be adjustable. Frame/shelves may be made of veneered plywood with trim/molding on edges. Fluted molding to cover vertical seams between units. Top surface of base units will need to be one long solid piece (12 ft+) (pine?) with molding underneath edges. Base molding around bottom edge. Finished unit to be painted.

Job also includes finishing the room with crown molding to blend the bookcase unit into the room.
