This position is responsible for working in conjunction with Case Management staff. Conducts assessments in the home for Home Care and Group Adult Foster Care consumers according to program guidelines. Develops personal care plans according to EOEA guidelines. Determines consumer clinical eligibility for Medicaid funded services in community and nursing home. Participates in interdisciplinary care planning. Qualifications: 3 years clinical experience, 1 year experience in community health preferred, Strong organizational and communication skills, Strong clinical assessment skills, Strong computer skills. Bilingual (Spanish or Russian) preferred. Hours: Full time (35-40 hours) Monday - Friday, No evenings, weekends, holidays or on-call. Four day workweek would be available after the first six months of employment. <br>

What You Will Do:<br>

The Senior Account Manager</b> position will be responsible for leading the Account Management function for NaviSite's SMB Hosting business unit.  This individual will be responsible for managing the account management team, and will be expected to play a hands-on role in managing certain key named accounts as well.<br>

He/she will be accountable for an install base of over 800 customers and tasked with creating a consistent customer experience.  The key measures of success will include revenue growth of the install base, customer satisfaction, and churn/retention.  In this role, this individual will be expected to shape the overall account management strategy and game plan for the SMB Hosting customers, and ensure its consistent execution across the wider team.  In addition to being an advocate for the customer issues and manifesting NaviSite’s Always There value proposition for its SMB customers, he/she will be responsible for leading and managing a cross-geographic team across India and US.  This individual will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, to drive cross-functional ideas and change, including the definition and implementation of new processes to ensure higher levels of efficiency and a better overall customer experience.<br>
<br>
The Senior Account Manager must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to manage multiple pre and post-sale projects in a fast-paced environment.  This person must have demonstrated ability to act and learn on his/her own initiative and can execute objectives without day-to-day supervision.  Variable Compensation will be determined by: Install Base Revenue Growth, Churn, and Customer Satisfaction.<br>

This position combines both leadership and hands-on responsibilities, and will report directly to the Senior Vice President responsible for the Business Unit.  This individual will be supported by a small team of 8-10 individuals initially, with the expectation that this will grow as the business grows.  <br>

Responsibilities and Expectations Include:<br>

•	Lead the account management function for SMB Hosting and shape the associated strategy and blueprint for the function<br>
•	Lead and manage a small team of account managers, ensure execution against the defined vision and blue print for the function<br>
•	Provide single point of client escalation for the SMB Hosting group.<br>
•	Assess sales opportunities, develop and present creative proposals that will ensure closing the sale.  Anticipate client concerns and roadblocks, to overcome obstacles that may delay customer decision. <br>
•	Maintain skills and ability, and understand the process for obtaining contracts across a variety of service offerings, add-on requests, contract renewals, and additional business opportunities per defined procedures.<br>
•	Responsible for account planning, including identifying and documenting clients’ organizational structure, IT initiatives and maintaining this info ongoing<br>
•	Escalate problems per defined processes to: ensure timely response and resolution to client issues and promote management awareness. <br>
•	Maintain expertise in technology in order to meet and address all client business needs.<br>
•	Maintain customer satisfaction focus in all activities and overall responsibility for relationship retention.<br>
•	Proactively drive efforts to improve the client’s experience with NaviSite’s solution (recommended upgrades, configuration changes, etc.)<br>
•	Develop and maintain positive client relations with business contacts to facilitate sales process.<br>
•	Lead periodic Client facing account reviews, including NaviSite’s operational and executive team, based upon nature and complexity of account and predefined templates and procedures.<br>

What We Are Looking For:</b><br>

	Qualifications for the Senior Account Manager role:<br>
•	BS/BA degree and exposure to SMB/Dedicated Hosting background strongly preferred<br>
•	10+ years of sales and/or account management experience in a technology services environment with ability to manage multiple customers and stakeholders.  <br>
•	8+ years experience in a direct client services role with experience in managing CxOs in SMB organizations<br>
•	Extensive account management and relationship development experience <br>

•	Determines appropriate level of care related to mental health and substance abuse treatment for members based on Beacon’s medical necessity criteria<br>
•	Analyzes specific utilization problems, and plans and implements solutions that directly influence quality of care and financial liability<br>
•	Interacts with physicians and other members of the provider clinical team for discharge planning<br>
•	Performs telephonic case review for pre-admission and continuing care in psychiatric and substance treatment facilities as assigned<br>
•	Provides telephone triage, crisis intervention and emergency authorizations as assigned<br>
•	Performs concurrent reviews for inpatient care and other levels of care as allowed by scope and practice and experience<br>
•	Provides information to members and providers regarding mental health and substance abuse benefits, and community treatment resources <br>
•	Interacts with Physician Advisors to discuss clinical/authorization questions and concerns regarding specific cases<br>
•	Interacts with providers and facilities in a professional, respectful manner that facilitates the treatment process<br>
•	Authorizes treatment for medical necessity for mental health and substance abuse problems according to clinical information given by providers and internal criteria for medical necessity and appropriateness of care<br>
•	Proposes alternative plans of treatment when requests for services do not meet medical necessity criteria<br>
•	Complies with Beacon’s standards for documentation of clinical information, clinical contacts and authorization of care<br>
•	Schedules outpatient appointments as necessary based on urgency and clinical need	<br>
•	Assists with NCQA, URAC and other QI initiatives <br>
•	Other duties as assigned				<br>

SCOPE: Non-certifications may not be issued on initial review, and always require consultation with a Physician or Psychologist Advisor<br>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<br>

Current, valid and unrestricted licensure for practice required with proof on date of hire. Re-verification will take place no less than every 3 years.<br>
<br>
Utilization Review clinicians are required to be educated in current principles, procedures and knowledge of behavior health.  They must be a licensed behavioral health clinician and practice within the scope of their licensure with a minimum of 2 years behavioral health experience.  Managed care experience preferred<br>
A staff providing utilization review services will have at least one of the following:<br>

The marketing operations associate position is an entry&#8208;level position that is ideal for someone looking to build a career in online marketing.  The position will be “knee deep” in all of the online marketing strategies and initiatives being run at Avenue100. <br>
Day to Day Responsibilities for this position are as follows:<br>
•	Implement strategic ideas to grow revenue from existing traffic partners<br>
•	Maintain positive relationships with all traffic partners<br>
•	Monitor affiliate space; stay current on competitor traffic patterns<br>
•	Analyze, create and execute plans to improve operational processes<br>
•	Ongoing optimization of our traffic mix<br>
•	Mapping of creative/landing page combinations<br>
•	Creative Testing<br>
•	Pixel Implementation/Testing<br>
•	General support of the Traffic Team<br>

To be considered for this position you must meet these minimum qualifications:<br>
•	Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills)<br>

	Minimum of 5 years experience with moderate to complex precision machined parts 
<br>
	Minimum of 2 years experience in an aerospace or regulated environment.
<br>
	Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced job shop environment.
<br>
	Extensive blueprint reading skills including GD&T interpretation.
<br>
	Exceptional level of detail in understanding, executing and reporting requirements.
<br>
	Capable of performing complex inspections using CMMs, surface plates with Micro-Hites, optical comparators, hand measurement tools and gages.
<br>
	Strong math / trigonometry skills.
<br>
	Basic PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
<br>
	Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with other departments as well externally.
<br>
	Coaching and influencing skills are highly desired; team player is essential.
<br>
	CMM programming experience is desirable.
<br>
	Some calibration background or experience is also desirable
<br>
	Basic or advanced understanding of SPC
<br>
