Ideally, the rental would have 2 bedrooms plus a den (or some space for a small office), 1 1/2 bathrooms and a small yard. We realize we may not get all that, but that's our "wish list"! I am a 20yrs old guy who will be coming to Boston to study at Berklee college of music full-time starting this fall. I am currently looking for a room to move in by September 1st or Mid/Late August. If you have a room for rent/share in boston or pretty close surrounding areas, please let me know.


Little bit about me..

I respect other people's belongings and spaces. I have rented a room(shared house) before and lived with various types of people previously. I will be glad to provide reference if that helps. I don't smoke, but I don't mind it as long as it's done outside. I don't party, but I don't judge others who do as well. I respect other people's space/belongings and expect same way back, but I'm not that uptight at all... =) I'd say my cleanness is somewhere between clean to medium... My budget is about $400 MAX for rent + utility bills. I don't mind small rooms, just need a space to relax. I am also willing to help out with common chores. I am willing to sign a 1yr lease if conditions are acceptable.
