I am looking for a 2 bedroom apt in the revere area. It would be for me and my son. The situation is: I am currently living in a family shelter and I am eligible to move with a voucher of sorts through Housing Families. It's not section 8 but it is pretty much the same thing. It also has the same requirements mostly. The apartment would have to be deleaded and in order for a room to be considered a bedroom it has to have a closet. Since I qualify for a 2 bedroom the Housing Families will pay up to 1200 for rent. The only thing is that after signing the lease for the apartment it can take up to 3 weeks for the landlord to get the first payment, but it is definitely guaranteed.

I have looked at quite a few places only to find out that it doesn't qualify and I would really like to move out of the shelter by the end of the month. Which is only 2 weeks away. So, I'm hoping there is a landlord that accepts Housing families vouchers and would be willing to allow us to move in at the beginning of the month even though the first check may not be received til the 2nd week of January due to processing.

I have two mini schnauzers that are well known to bark when people come in the house so if you can't handle it please don't bother. They are good dogs and I take good care of them.

I don't care if you're male or female as long as I feel safe with you and you're not creepy. Im a 24 yr old college grad. i'm not in a relationship and would prefere someone who wasn't in an intense relationship, sorry i can't deal with lovey couples now haha. I work monday through thursday and get out usually at 530. I leave the dogs home in their pin during the day and I babysit some nights ( on those nights I get in late durig the week) I'm not a mouse upon entering but I do my best.. I really just need someone who is laid back, responsible and not anal.

Sorry for being blunt but if we"re going to live together we should be honest!! ;). I am a clean person and clean usualy once a week. I'm not crazy about doing dishes and cleaning during the week.
