Dear Landlord:
I am looking for an apartment inexchange for perhaps caring for an elder parent(s) in a two family. I will also pay rent but need a deal. I am good with elders and children. I can take them shopping, medical appointments, clean, keep them and myself company etc.
I have 5 small dogs and a few cats. They are clean, use litter boxes and are house broken.
I work part time and I am taking several classes but they don't consume all my time.
I quess I am looking for someone like who my mother was, someone who needs this and that done, someone who likes to have a little fun and needs companionship and a watchful eye and loves animals.
I know that this is an impossible request but you should see my prayer list!
