Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for Collectors of drug screen specimens from patients at client pain care and substance abuse facilities. You will be responsible for completing the necessary forms in its entirety including insurance information, physician's signature, diagnosis code and patient medications. Responsibilities will also include:
* Proper shipment or delivery of specimens to an in-house laboratory
* Maintaining an adequate inventory level of supplies for the physician and office staff to conduct testing
* Working hand in hand with the client, and other in-house staff to include Customer Service and Sales, to ensure a high quality of collections and service
* Communicating any issues or concerns the client may have to the appropriate department manager
* Reporting and providing feedback on all collections to the appropriate management department
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Flexibilty with hours and schedule - split shift a possibility, weekend work required
* Willingness to travel overnight
* Must possess excellent MS Office product skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Possess a professional business appearance and demeanor
* Healthcare background preferred
