United States Marine Corps Veteran will be teaching a boot camp/fitness fun run, starting august 10th at 10 am. The run will be mix with pit stops to do some fun, fat burning exercises. The run will last about 45 minutes and then while you cool down I will be helping you with fitness and nutrition questions. I have been teaching the deeper practices of meditation and other holistic arts for over 11 years. I am trained in many paths and i have studied with many great teachers from all over the world...S.E Asia...N.India/Himalayan Mnts...Central America and more. These workshops will begin with a sharing/teaching...based on many different philosophical paths (Buddhism, Hinduism, Tao and more.) We will discuss many paths because everyone has their own path and this will help you to connect deeper with yours. We will then enjoy a 1/2 hour of seated meditation based on the path of detachment. This technique will awakening you to higher levels of consciousness, deeper awareness, peace of mind and physical/emotional well being. This technique helps to release your subconscious thoughts, opening you up to your super consciousness and beyond/samadi. All paths are welcome so during the meditation portion of the group you are free to practice any of the meditations we share or the one you practice now. Meditations techniques from all beliefs will be taught. The group will end with anyone open to sharing their experience during the meditation, their spiritual experiences (past or in the moment) and all questions will be answered. You will then enjoy a nice cup of warm herbal tea and connect with like minded friends. This is a great way to meet with like minded souls and to share in one of the deepest spiritual practices. We meet every Thursday Morning at 8 AM. The enviroment is very laid back and no one is forced to do anything. There is no intial fee and you won't be writing any checks for large amounts of money like most groups.
