Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to run a full service 250 seat, fast paced restaurant. Hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the highest quality dining experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Oversee both the front of the house and kitchen enviornment
• Effectively manage a P&L
• Strong food and beverage background
• Ability to lead and motivate a great team
• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-service restaurant experience
