Panera Bread in Beverly, MA is seeking a CATERING COORDINATOR!
Do you know that Panera caters? We do…and we’re looking for sales / marketing individuals to help us “deliver" that order. If you are entrepreneurial and business minded, sales and marketing oriented, and motivated by great food and customer service we may have an opportunity for you. We have Via Panera Coordinator (VPC) opening in our bakery-cafe in Beverly, MA. The VPC is responsible for taking, processing, and delivering Via Panera orders, increasing sales by marketing Via Panera to potential clients, and communicating with cafe management daily to anticipate product needs. A typical VPC schedule is Monday through Friday, 30 to 40 hours weekly, mornings into afternoons, but some flexibility is required when unique catering opportunities arise.
This is an entry level position that involves food production and packaging. Qualified individuals must be friendly, customer service oriented, and willing to make cold calls, marketing in the community to area businesses. This person must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance as making catering deliveries is part of the position.
The position is full time, Monday-Friday, 7:00-5:00, with flexible hours available. Starting wage is $10 - $12 per hour minimum, based upon experience. VPCs earn monthly bonuses, delivery fees and have the potential to earn tips. You are required to have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and state required auto insurance coverage. We offer medical and dental plans, paid vacation, and a 401(k) with a company match.
