The Station Manager is responsible for ensuring safe efficient and effective operational performance of the station. The Station Manager is further responsible for maintaining compliance with rules and standards of all relevant regulatory agencies and applicable laws as well as recruiting, coaching, working with and managing team performance.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for training all employees in all functions related to our services as well as company policies, procedures and safety; must be able to work in confined areas and work in various inclement weather conditions; must be able to operate equipment required to complete our services; must have ability to identify, evaluate and refine operational and financial results to improve station performance and customer satisfaction.

This is a full time, third shift position. Must be willing to accept "on call" requests during off hours. Valid driver's license is required; pre employment drug screen and extensive background check are mandatory. Prior airline/airport and supervisory experience is required.
The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual - English and Spanish. Salary range is $45-55 K, commensurate with experience. Potential bonus of $12K per year.
