Summary:
Client is one of the world’s most recognized brands. In this call center/help desk environment, incumbent will communicate with, and provide support to, members of a unique rewards-based wellness program with more than 100,000 members in the US. Incumbent will help members succeed with client’s wellness products and services by resolving issues with client website, passwords, devices, and connections. In addition to solving member problems, incumbent must deliver a superior service experience by being articulate, friendly, and positive over the phone and via email.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as half of customer communication occurs via email. Excellent spelling and grammar required.
Exhibit poise under pressure.
Work as part of a team. Share knowledge.
Be dependable. Unexcused absences/tardiness cannot be tolerated.
This is a semi- technical position; some familiarity with WWW and PCs is required.
