PHP and MySQL Help (Essex, ma)

Hi,

I have a PHP database driven MySQL website that needs to have both Korean and English characters on it. The problem is i only get question marks where the Korean characters should be. I think its a simple encoding problem that shouldn't take long for an experienced person but im new to databases and have no experience with foreign characters with MySQL and PHP..

I'm looking for someone to make it so the Korean characters appear as they should (you don't need to speak Korean or anything!)
