PROJECT/POSITION DESCRIPTION: (Endpoint Security)
*Ticket maintenance * support for L3 remediation tasks
*Updates to existing L1 / L2 scripts in Right Answers to reflect recent process, technology and workflow changes. reduce the number of mis-routed tickets to HS-SO-Endpoint-Protection, in turn reducing the overall time to resolution.
*Conduct testing iterations of our client packages (CheckPoint, Sanctuary, Safeboot and all AV products) and regression testing against different O/S and hardware platforms.
*Integration of Safeco Endpoints and Servers into LM solutions and monitoring including, 5 Anti-malware platforms, Disk Encryption, Removable Media Encryption and endpoint security assurance.
