If you have a repair shop and are in the business longer than most people can remember....RETIRE NOW!
You have robbed your last victim. You charge book time, you charge for your Computer Diagnostics, you charge retail for parts you buy for 20 to 70 percent off.
Now for the rest of the people that need work on your vehicles.
First:
I dont charge for any of the above mentioned (even if you dont use me or my services).
Second:
I put service back in this service industry. ie... i vaccum, and wash your car with every oil change, and i dont charge extra for it either.
