Fit For You personal trainer and Nutritional consultant Sarah Brady is hosting a FREE week of her new Fun Boot Camp for Women.You can come and try out this new Boot Camp any of the days. Where: Unitarian Universal Church, Community Hall, 239 Woburn St, Reading, MA, 01867. You can map it from our website at www.fitforyoupt.com and get directions. When: Monday November 30th 6.00am-7.00am, Thursday December 3rd 6.00am and Saturday December 5th from 8.00am-9.00am. Arrive 10-15 minutes early just to register for the free class. I do advise you to pre register on facebook or on our website www.fitforyoupt.com as space is limited to 20 per class. You can expect some weight training, agility training, core training and to have a lot of fun getting stronger, having more energy and losing those extra pounds. We teach you to exercise with proper form and core stability. Our Boot Camps run for four weeks. You work out for an hour, three times a week for four weeks. Our Camps are $200 for a four week camp.
