Are you looking for the best fitness classes in the Woburn Area? These classes will be capped at 10 people per class which gives you a better workout and also educates you on how to train correctly. These are not the cheesy "body pump" or "zoomba" classes. In these classes we will teach you how to prepare your body for different types of workouts. For example, you will prep differently if you are moving athletically for an hour than if you were strength training for an hour. Our goal is to educate you on your body and show you what works best for you. These classes will start Nov 30 and we currently have 12 classes per week on the schedule. Included in these classes is a Intro to Kettlebell class which is taught by a RKC which is the gold standard for kettlebell training. We offer Advanced Strength Training, Womens Boot Camp, Agility and Conditioning as well as various types of interval training. We are offering a intro rate of $99 per month for unlimited classes and we will be adding more classes as we go. Please email if you have any questions.
