We need are looking to hire a very special person for our bookkeeper position. You must have at least 3 years of proven experience working with Quick Books. You MUST be adept in all aspects of Quick Books. You must also be able to think independently, remain highly organized and work closely with the owner of the company. You must have a positive and up-beat attitude. You must be a team player and seek to add to the process rather than wait to be told what to do. We will provide you with a very pleasant working environment in a young and growing company. I am looking for somebody with strength, integrity, personality, experience and a sense of humor. I am assuming that the person I hire is going to have the requisite skills. I want to hire somebody that goes way beynd bookkeeping skills and brings more to the table.
You will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable, collecting money from and interacting with clients, cash planning, running reports, keeping the owner up to date on all areas of the accounting process, and laughing a lot. The hours are flexible and will be anywhere from 18 to 25 hours per week. Please send a resume and tell me why I should hire you.
