Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to review delinquent accounts, initiate collection action via telephone and written correspondence, skip-trace and negotiate repayment options.

Qualifications

• A successful candidate will have 2-5 years of collections experience including working knowledge of collection laws and bankruptcy regulations
• Experience with vehicle repossessions
• Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, basic PC skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Location: North Shore Boston area
• Compensation: $15-18/hour base
