After all these enhancements were made, I discovered that the truss rod nut in the neck was shipped broken. Because I had already modified the guitar I could not get it warranty replaced. Lame.
Using a shim with the neck worked great, but I eventually decided to replace it anyway. In 2003, I replaced the neck with an All Parts neck (Alder w/ rosewood Fingerboard), which plays even better than the factory neck and provides an extra playable fret.
After all of this, I have decided to end my pursuit of the guitar.
My loss, your gain.

If you like options, this guitar is a great opportunity to find a sound that works for you. And if anything ever breaks or is not meeting your expectations, chances are you'll have a spare. And if that's not your thing, well, there's enough parts here... if you had a spare body lying around, you could basically assemble another Strat!
Please let me clarify. This guitar has a charvel decal on the headstock and and a 1988 Charvel Fort Worth neck plate, but it is not a Charvel.
The body and neck are high quality pieces from Mighty Mite.
Body is Swamp ash with a quilted maple top. Finished by Mighty mite in beautiful Tobacco Sunburst.
Neck Maple with maple fretboard. 1 11/16 nut (Top loader Floyd nut), medium jumbo frets, slightly "rolled" fingerboard edges. Neck is finished in satin clear. Charvel headstock decal, and 1988 Charvel Fort Worth neckplate with screws.
GFS Floyd Rose (Floyd Rose 2 style "screw in" arm). Solid steel block adds sustain. Keeps the guitar in tune regardless of whammy abuse! Never had a trem cover on the back, and the screws have never been drilled for a cover.

Connecting and setting up the SWA1801 is a breeze. It accepts a stereo or mono line-level signal via female XLR input jacks. Male XLR Thru jacks are provided for daisy-chaining the signal to additional SWA1801 cabinets. The built-in crossover routes the high frequency content to the high-pass output jacks, which can be used to feed the inputs of full-range Active speakers, such as those in the Mackie SAz Series, or an amplifier powering a pair of passive speakers. Hume was manufactured by the Steinert company, the Boston distributor of Steinway pianos, and has many of the same features as Steinway, and even some improvements that Steinway later incorporated into their own pianos. Pianos made by the Steinert company of this vintage are highly sought after as they represent the greatest period of American piano production. Workers were highly trained and skilled, and the materials used were better than what is now available.
This piano comes with a Dampp Chaser humidity control system already installed. It is tunable and usable as is, but we would be happy to show you how fabulous it would be rebuilt by us. We have many years of experience rebuilding pianos and many happy customers in the area. We are particularly interested in tone and repetition, and will be happy to customize the piano to your specifications.

I am selling this head in as-is condition (and therefore for significantly less money than they go for on ebay), for two main reasons. First, there is a dent on the front plate, that would need to be fixed, if you wanted to put it in a rack. And second, because it hasn't been used in several years, and even before that, it needed a bit of a tune-up, but since I wasn't playing gigs, I never got around to it. So you need to be willing to put a little work into it, if you want to take advantage of this deal.
I will mention though that the tubes in here are nearly brand new. I put them in there a few years ago, but have only used it 2 or 3 times since. The tubes alone cost me about $125 I believe.

The Zenith is a killer pedal (read the reviews in Premier Guitar and Guitar Player) - our own JZucker also has great demos online. No issues save one small paint chip, otherwise, mint and 100% working/no issues. Chip can be seen in photos (which suck - my apologies for that).
