Photographers needed for fashion website (Boston)

Look A Day (www.lookaday.com) is a website which specializes in showing real fashion. We post and review pictures of real people wearing their own clothes along with information on each outfit. We're looking for photographers to supply us with more photos. We pay by the "look" where each look consists of:

1. At least 4 shots of the person.
2. All shots should be in 600w by 400h or 400w by 600h with at least one of them in 600w by 400h.
3. Two thumbnails. One in 70 by 70 the other in 110 by 110.
4. Information on the clothes. Where did they buy the items? What brands are the items? How much did they cost?
5. Go to the site if you want to see what each look consists of. We do not expect you to provide the commentary, only the pictures and clothing information.
6. Pictures should be under 500k if possible.

It's an easy assignment since each look typically takes less than 10 minutes to obtain.

A few more notes:

1. We are NOT looking for staged shoots or professional models. We want real people. That could mean people walking down the street. It could mean people at a party. It could mean people at some special event. It's all good. Look A Day isn't just about casual street clothing. The subjects do need to look good. The point of the site is to highlight people who readers may want to emulate. Beyond that, we're very flexible in what kinds of pictures we accept.
2. This initial offer is for 5 looks. That will allow us to see how good you are and for you to learn what exactly we need. If the initial package of 5 looks good, we will want more looks in the future.
3. We pay $30 per look. So for the initial package of 5 we will pay $150.
4. We don't need your resume or a list of your experience. We've found good photographers who are brand new and are perfectly willing to work with amateurs.
5. Please contact us for more information. Note, we have a limited number of spots available so please get in touch with us BEFORE you go out and take pictures so we can tell you if we still need people

I do also need help with the day to day running of the business, running errands, dealing with suppliers, sourcing materials and following up with orders.

I am looking for someone who has previous jewelry making experience, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The hours can be flexible and for students who are interested in doing internships i can offer course credit in return. I am also offering paid piece making work for someone with experience.
I am looking for a young to middle age ambitious woman to learn the art of bodycasting with me; I used to make jewelry and I have most of the equipment to cast these impressions in bronze and other metals,. I am particularly interested in doing faces of children and adults and whatever else a client may want. Think what such a bronze sculpture of a child might mean to a parent many years later! The person who participates with me will be a full partner sharing equally in the profits and thinking. This will be a very part time affair while we are learning together and then until business builds up so the right person needn't have to sacrifice other employment. I don't think prior training in the arts matters, only that my partner be enthusiastic, have a good sense of humor and be able to put up with me!
