Qualifications: <br>
•	Four-year degree or equivalent experience. <br>
•	Previous production experience.  <br>
•	1+ years experience with Mac and PC platforms in any of the major desktop publishing applications like QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat Distiller, etc. <br>
•	Must have had exposure to working in anything from 1/c to 4/c, 32+ page documents, maintaining styles across multiple documents. Must be knowledgeable of basic prepress and desktop publishing principles (RGB vs CMYK, TIFF/EPS vs  JPG, TrueType vs Type 1).<br>
•	FileMaker experience is also desirable. <br>

Reporting to the director of communications, research, and government affairs, the primary responsibilities of the assistant director is creating and maintaining ECOA’s website content and designing print and electronic communications. We seek a candidate who possesses a unique mix of technical, website management skills as well as the creative ability to design high-impact print and electronic marketing content and collateral.  <br>

Responsibilities:<br>
Under the direction of the director, and in support of establishing and strengthening the ECOA’s brand and image, assist in all aspects of ECOA’s design, creation, and maintenance of marketing and communications content for the website and print collateral, including (but not limited to):<br>
<br>
•	Brand—overall look and feel of printed materials and web content;<br>
•	Website—online functionality and features of association’s main site and the ECOA Foundation site, as well as related use of the association’s backbone applications (e.g., iMIS e-Series);<br>
•	Design and creation of event and marketing content (e.g., conference programs and membership development brochures) using InDesign, Adobe Web Premium, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, FireWorks, Dreamweaver, HTML, CMS, iMIS 15.1, and Constant Contact;<br>
•	Content management—oversee, update, and maintain development of two websites on a daily basis; and<br>
•	Work with outside vendors and printers.<br>

•	Sophisticated HTML and other web-based technology skills.<br>

-	Manage all phone calls, messages, mail and studio and personal emails for Alex. Make sure that all requests are responded to in a timely matter and that if necessary any requests are re-directed to the appropriate person. <br>
-	Manage daily operations of the office: shipping and receiving of photographs, book orders, accounts payable/receivable etc. , maintain office organization, order supplies equipment when needed,  work with bookkeeper on payroll, tax information etc. <br>
-	Maintain public appearance of Alex S. MacLean: including daily updates to Twitter / Facebook, updates to online calendar, maintenance of websites, keeping biography and CV up to date with ongoing exhibitions, awards and publications, etc.. <br>
-	Oversee interns, able to hire and manage interns. Keep track of their projects daily, offer assistance and guidance when necessary. <br>
<br>
Ideal Candidate must:<br>
-	Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree. <br>
-	Have at least 3 years experience in an office / administrative role. Experience in an art related field is a plus.<br>
-	Extremely detail oriented, able to maintain organization and prioritization skills in a deadline driven environment. <br>

We are an Internet based company named BizGlipmz.com. Our company offers comprehensive business webpages that we call "BizGlimpz.com Business Virtual Tours". We are currently looking for candidates to bring on board to SELL to and CREATE these Virtual Tour Listings for businesses. <br>
<br>
We're looking for energetic, outgoing, independent-minded individuals with a professional demeanor. Individuals should be self-starters. <br>
<br>
We offer a substantial commission starting at 50% total sale. The position is entirely commission based, and you would be an Independent Contractor to the company. <br>
<br>
Potential earnings as a BizGlimpz.com Design/Marketing Consultant: <br>
Minimum sales commission per transaction is $49.50 (no design component) <br>
Maximum sales commission per transaction is $368.50 (full design component) <br>
Five sales per week at maximum commission is $1,842.50 <br>
Five sales per week for fifty two weeks maximum commission is $95,810 <br>
<br>
The process is challenging, but can also be very fun. You would be wearing the multiple hats of sales agent, photographer/videographer, web designer, Internet marketer/advertiser, and web publisher. The position allows you to be creative and artistic, and you get a nice reward of helping a business increase their success. <br>
<br>
You should enjoy taking pictures AND videos, and you must have skills using computers and the Internet. You will need your own lap top computer and video camera (high end equipment not required). <br>
<br>
You also will need to be creative in generating your own leads and referrals. <br>

The firm is seeking a Graphic / Web Designer & Marketing Manager.  The candidate will report to the Vice President of Leasing and also work closely with the Director of Residential Real Estate. The candidate will be responsible for the design and maintenance of a broad range of marketing materials relating to the company’s commercial and residential real estate portfolio and will also work on corporate promotions, branding and new development projects.  The candidate will maintain marketing budgets, track expenses and coordinate vendor relationships.   
<br>
Print duties will include: creating brochures, direct mail pieces, fact sheets, news paper ads, press releases, leasing presentations, stationary, signs and banners.
<br>
Digital duties will include: maintenance and enhancement of our websites, updating and enhancing content on third party listing sites; creation of html emails and animated gifs, web banner advertising; Google analytics, search engine optimization and ppc advertising; experience taking photographs for professional use a plus.
<br>
The candidate will have a thorough knowledge of Adobe CS4 Premium’s InDesign, Photoshop, DreamWeaver, Illustrator, PowerPoint; Google Analytics, Microsoft Word and Excel.   Requires proficiency in Flash, Fireworks, Javascript and knowledge of AutoCAD. This is a PC environment.
<br>
The candidate must have 5 plus years of applicable experience, a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, should be enthusiastic, creative, able to work independently but also enjoy working in a team environment.   Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a big plus.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
The Production Artist will be an important member of the Marketing Team handling a high volume of work!  We are a very busy and fast-paced office. The Production Artist helps produce large-format catalogs, single-page direct mail pieces, and supplemental marketing materials, and also assists with administrative tasks as needed. This is an entry-level position. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge and experience using Adobe InDesign on multi-page and single-page documents, and should have a portfolio demonstrating print production experience. This is not a conceptual graphic design position, but a technical eye for design and type is essential.<br>
<br>
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<br>
•	Layout eight 2-color catalogs per year, each between 90 and 180 pages in length.<br>
•	Layout 2-color self-mailers following specific print guidelines and templates.<br>
•	Flightcheck, collect files for print, and output raw files and high-resolution PDFs for printing.<br>
•	Work with Adobe InCopy to share and edit files with writers and proofreader.<br>
•	Help maintain and add to digital photo library containing over 25,000 images.<br>
•	Select, format and upload images for use on our website.<br>
<br>
REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND COMPETENCIES:<br>
•	Bachelor’s or Certificate in desktop publishing or graphic design<br>
•	Layout and print production experience.<br>
•	Macintosh software proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator<br>
•	Experience with multi-page InDesign documents, flowing text, master pages, key commands, shortcuts, and style sheets.<br>
•	Some knowledge of and experience with InCopy helpful<br>
•	Understanding of brand identity and willingness to comply with branding guidelines.<br>
•	Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues with Macs, Adobe InDesign and InCopy.<br>
•	Familiarity with commercial printing processes and file preparation<br>
•	Interest in clean typography and design<br>
•	Proven skill in time management; detail- and deadline-orientation<br>
•	Strongly team-oriented; energetic; quick learner; ability to create and maintain good working relationships<br>
•	Maturity and polished communication skills required. <br>
•	Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take direction, meet deadlines and prioritize jobs<br>
•	Interest in educational travel or non-profit preferred<br>

* Instinct for good usability—appreciate one-click interfaces and interaction consistency<br>
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively<br>

Summary: <br>
Responsible for the processing and project management of footwear development from 2D designs to final prototypes and sales samples.  Will need to successfully turn the product brief, needs of the brand, and the end consumer, into a sample that can be profitably commercialized.<br>

Main Responsibilities/Duties:<br>
•	Participate in meetings with the product creation teams during the entire development process.  Execute the decision making process that will lead to on-time product confirmation and sales sample delivery.<br>
<br>
•	Use effective, direct and clear communication to carry out the product creation process from initial concept, through commercialization and production.<br>
<br>
•	Manage the sample making process with the ability to trouble shoot, identify and resolve any potential fit, function or costing issues.<br>
<br>
•	Consistently review and evaluate project status with the product creation team and development team. Have a clear understanding of the following:<br>
o	Patterns and pattern manipulation and implications.<br>
o	Mold processes and materials.<br>
o	Pricing structures and cost analysis.<br>

•	Manufacturing process and end use performance.<br>

Qualifications<br>
•The candidate will be an entry level designer with an exceptionally strong portfolio showcasing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills, and possess some basic Rhino 3D training.<br>
•Relevant technical and illustrative abilities including sketching and overall creative design skills and ideation.<br>
•The ideal candidate will have a blend of decorative, illustration, pattern development (graphics) as well as technical skills.  <br>
•Must have excellent sketching ability and a great eye for decorative details, computer rendering skills for both concept and presentation drawings, as well as high level of detailed technical drawings for production.<br>
•Must be technically proficient in math and the necessary skills to create technical drawings which can be produced at a good cost for manufacturing.<br>

Requirements<br>
•	Minimum 4 years experience required in Web Design<br>
•	Creative ability and artistic talent required, portfolio of work required<br>
•	Solid skills in design software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, QuarkXPress, Macromedia Dreamweaver and/or Macromedia Fireworks and Macromedia Flash<br>

The Graphic Design Intern will support our in-house Graphic Designer with creating our print and online media. This includes everything from full page print ads, banner ads, pamphlets,  factsheets, brochures, update website to the new design standards, swag, postcards etc. This person will work closely with the Graphic Designer and our Marketing team to create high-end designs that are aligned with our CI and target our various audiences. As an intern for a young, fast paced, dynamic and innovative company you will have the opportunity to work on many projects at once and be exposed to all aspects of the design and marketing process. <br>
Requirements:<br>
-	Previous experience with Graphic Design (real world or through course work)<br>
-	Experience with Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator are a must<br>
-	Experience with Adobe<br>
-	Prior experience with Flash is a strong plus <br>
-	Previous experience with online media design<br>
-	Able to work on several projects at once while maintaining a high level of detail <br>
-	Works well on a team and remotely <br>
-	Creative, intuitive, enthusiastic, driven and dedicated <br>

Qualified candidates are proficient in 3D Studio Max and have experience in one or more of the following areas:  3D animation basics, storyboarding, character design, texture mapping, UVW and XYZ texturing, mesh optimization, pose to pose action, arcs, timing, polygons, object coordinates, wrapping techniques, scripting, lighting, static modeling, scene setting, rigging, skinning and rendering techniques. <br>

3D Animation Instructors teach classes Monday through Friday and spend evenings and weekends when on duty delivering a traditional summer camp experience to campers.
