FMC Ice Sports is seeking full and part time shift supervisors for weeknight and weekend hours at the Armstrong Arena in Plymouth, MA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate and supervise the facility during weeknight and weekend hours.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide customer service to facility visitors, including answering questions, supplying information, and resolving complaints or concerns.
Resurface ice on a regular schedule.
Perform janitorial duties between resurfacing.
Supervise the building and grounds and enforce the facility rules.
Inspect the facility and grounds continually to identify unsafe conditions, take appropriate actions to rectify.
Perform minor maintenance and / or repairs of facility and equipment as required.
Direct and supervise other staff that may be assigned to work during the shift.

The LPC Service Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. They work with the maintenance team to ensure that the quality of work meets the standards set by the company and the owner.

This is a hands-on repair and maintenance position. The ideal candidate will have the following:

� Experience in plumbing repairs

� Light carpentry skills

Responsibilities:
-Manage small service projects
-Schedule service technicians to appropriate service appointments
- Know where technicians are, what their next service appointments are, and how to contact them at all times.
-Reconcile time sheets by comparing time card with job labor reports
-Develop and maintain client relationships
-Serve as department liaison with clients, handling calls, answering inquiries and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
-Monitor and maintain client contracts, prepare renewal schedules
-Estimate service contracts/repairs/replacements
-Prepare comprehensive deferred maintenance budgets for multiple sites
-Administer project costs such as: labor, material, equipment and subcontracts
-Coordinate material, part or tool purchases for service technicians
-Work closely with service manager on a daily basis, providing them support as necessary

Qualifications:
-Strong background in HVAC service, Refrigeration, and Automatic Temperature Controls required
-3-5 years of management experience
-Experience with Sage Timberline Software a plus
-Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-High school diploma
