·         Two or more years of proven curriculum design and development experience. <br>
·         Experience using Adobe products such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Flash is a plus <br>

This role will primarily be focused on HRIS & Reporting, but this is a great opportunity for a flexible and proactive individual to be part of a busy HR team and that would like to learn about and support other various areas of HR including benefits, compensation and general team administration and support as needed.  <br>

Under general supervision of the of the Director, this role is responsible for maintenance and support of a corporate HRIS and associated HR-related interfaces, including maintaining data integrity, developing and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports using Cognos, providing end user support, and maintaining and up-to-date knowledge of all system elements to and future interface or new module implementations.<br>
 <br>
Responsibilities:<br>
·         In partnership with payroll, serve as system administrator for UltiPro web and Back office: maintain and create tables, job changes, etc.<br>
·         Serve as system administrator for annual performance management process using UltiPro’s performance management module<br>
·         Meet with users to review business issues / problems and gather requirements as needed.<br>
·         Develop and maintain standard and specialized Cognos and other ad-hoc reports as required and defined by the Human Resources teams or internal clients and ensure required reports are run and published by all required deadlines. <br>
·         Assist with general HR compliance related reports across all HR related functions.<br>
·         Monitor the accuracy of HR related data inputs to the system and maintain regular audit schedules.  <br>
·         Maintain up to date knowledge on system upgrades and impact to Circles users. <br>
·         Provide training support and day to day support to end users in the Human Resources team as well as self service to end users. <br>
·         Liaise with IT team regarding employee access, passwords, re-sets, etc.<br>
·         Help to ensure the protection and confidentiality of employee data.<br>
·         Monitor system workflows and approvals for accuracy, security and efficient processing of requests<br>
·         Explore various modules and integration points to continue to grow Human Resources information systems and make recommendations to Director and other cross functional partners with the goal of improving efficiency of the Human Resources team.<br>
·         Working with the Director and other cross functional partners, support future module implementations as a project contributor.<br>
·         Working with Director assist in the creation of training content and maintain / update training documentation.<br>
·         Proactively, and in working with HR functional leads and the payroll team, identify current gaps in processes / business practices and translate into effective systems solutions to ensure efficiency of team in meeting changing demands (compliance and business driven).<br>
·         Work with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.<br>
·         Assist with internal and external system related audits.   <br>
·         May assist with compensation and benefits data related activities and administration as needed.   <br>

Job Specific Competencies:<br>
·         Strong proficiency in Excel <br>
·         Experience working with Ultimate Software’s UltiPro preferred<br>
·         Fundamental understanding of concepts, practices and procedures of HRMS technologies.<br>
·         Bachelor’s degree required, plus a minimum of 2-3 years HRIS experience. <br>
·         Exposure to other HR disciplines a plus – including understanding of various HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations and recruitment.<br>
·         Cognos report writing experience required<br>

As part of our Platinum Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary Customer Success Advocate and customer liaison of Platinum accounts.
