My names Devon and I'm looking for a place to stay somewhere near Boston, basically anywhere but downtown. I have a truck and I'd be commuting in and out alot so I don't really want to deal with downtown traffic. So I'm looking for somewhere like Somerville, Brighton, Newton, Medford, Woburn, Needham, Watertown, Ext...

Anyway looking for a place with a rent less than 500, that would be great. No more than 550 is really in my budget sadly, remember I'm just a poor flight student. Good internet a big plus, I do a lot of work on my computer. Bigger the room the better like always but I'm pretty desperate for an apartment right now so I can't be that picky. I'd also be looking for a semi-longterm place to stay for the next 2 years at least but if not that long just a while to get settled in to the area.<br>
Cats, dogs, rabbits, alligators what ever you got I'm down with the furry (or not so) creature. No alergies or anything like that.<br>
Oh and heads up, I'm also coming from a fully furnished apartment where 90% of the things are mine, so I have tables, chairs, a Bowflex exercise machine, big flat panel TV, a 1940's bar thingy, computer things, big comfy recliner, and some other doo-dads, odds and ends, and boxes. And I'd really like to throw out as little as possible so if anyone needs things there ya go, otherwise a place with a basement or attic that has storage space is great.

I currently live in Oxford MA near Worcester where I've been since Thanksgiving of last year. I'm living with just my best friend in a great aparment here, but she's heading to school for graphic design in New Bedford and I'm heading mine and thats out toward Boston...<br>
Heres a little info about me, basically I'm a pilot in training. I've been flying aircraft since 2004, I went to college in New York where I'm from originally for Aeronautical Sciences but ended up moving to Las Vegas for a while, dumb idea.. but errr but now I'm back in the North East and just recently started flying helicopters and now I'm attending a flight school up in Bedford MA at Hanscom AFB which I tend to throw almost all my free time to because I'm very serious about making a career out of it within the next two - two and a half years. The airfield is just outside of Bedford and was looking for a place more out near Boston because its currently over a hour drive from where I am which is just unmanageable and less than 30 about minutes from near Boston.

More about me, I'm 21, 22 in July, I'm your average white male, 6 foot, 155lbs, thats clean, and courteous. This kinda sounds like a dating ad now but I just think its nice to let people know who and what you are before hand. I'm fairly mature but likes to have fun, laid back is an understatement but still does what needs to be done and always keeps nead. Never really a slob and I enjoy doing things around the house. I like good music, movies, Chinese food, sitting on couches, anything outside, computer related things, and all the usuals... not much bugs me and nothing really odd about me other than I'm getting braces again in the next few weeks and I'll probably look like a 16 year old... I enjoy a drink now and then for fun and I don't smoke cigs. I'm veryyy chill, quite but still very sociable, loves to hang out, trustworthy, easy going, and very very honest. I like to think I'm an all around pretty intelligent normal gentleman. :]<br>

I'm setting up some jobs right now actually, most likely a landscaping deal or something like that for the rest of the summer/fall then probably working at the airport or something like that. So as far as jobs I will be setting one up soon, but I'm more interested in getting an apartment lined up first though so I'm not homeless.
<br>Bills, never been late for rent and also I have plenty of money stored away (multiple grand put away for times like this so I can guarantee I wont be late for rent or anything)

I'm looking to sublet the apartment I am in for the month of august. The apartment   INCLUDES heat and hot water and is located right next to the Boston Commons and Loewes theaters. The reason why the apartment is so cheap is that i agreed to sublet it for the whole summer, but i purchased another apartment without seeing that the lease starts august 1st. so instead of having 2 apartments i am willing to pay some of the rent on this one.<br>
