DivorceCare is both a weekly support group and DVD-driven seminar for people who are divorced or separated. The material is based on a Christian perspective of marriage though people of all faiths and no faith participate in this program.

We will get to know one another, share refreshments and talk about what it means to be progressive and what we, as a group, might like to do as a result of our understanding.

I call it H3 Support Group: a group for people struggling with hurts, hangups and habits.
This no-cost, once a week support group combines ancient wisdom and proven techniques. We use the beatitudes of Jesus as the foundation and springboard for our discussion. There is an 8 step process for healing and we focus on one step per meeting.
There is an average of 8 people that meet each session. We spend the first few minutes getting to know each other. We usually listen to a musical selection that pertains to our topic for the evening and then get into our topic. There is a time of learning about our topic and then a time of discussion around the topic.
We meet every Monday from 6:30pm-8:00pm or so at Crossroads Childcare Center located at 1301 Edgell Road in Framingham.
Our next meetings will center around the topic of writing out a Moral (Honest) Inventory of the good and the bad that has transpired in our lives. This is an important step to recover from any type of hurt, hang-up, or habit.

Vinnie Cappetta completed his graduate work at Framingham State College in Counseling/Psychology and Ph.D. studies in spiritual counseling at Trinity Seminary in Newburg, IN. Vinnie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has been serving the MetroWest community for a decade at organizations like Wayside Youth and Family, the Department of Social Services, and local churches.

This group is for all people who think jogging with friends and neighbors is more fun than jogging alone. Lets motivate each other to get up early in the morning and be in shape.
Ideally, we will have early morning jogs going on several times a week.
